I had horrible back pain for over a year and my GP and physiotherapist didn’t seem to care. One session with Marcos fixed it. The yurt is beautiful – as soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and safe. Marcos listens and adapts each massage to what you need. There are also loads of meditation, gong bath, and other healing events at the yurt. One of my favourite places in Cardiff.

The American/British lady seemed to know every fused vertebrae, every seized up muscle in my back… read more and took the pain away from my Sacro Illiac joint – I’m going again! I had no idea that the massage would help me so much! I was pain free, felt lighter, and could move my neck easily for quite a while after that massage. She was wonderful and the atmosphere with weird music playing softly, made me feel very relaxed.

Marcos is amazing and I would thoroughly recommend . Take a trip it’s very central and just what’s needed after a hard day in the city.
