As an Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist, training internationally and qualifying at the Jing Institute of Advanced Massage and Complementary Medicine, she uses a fusion of techniques learnt from the East and West, combining mindful deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, acupressure and assisted stretching.
Doula Pineda
Pineda offers ongoing emotional, practical and informational support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. She offers 1 to 1 and in groups and workshops.
Kayleigh
Kayleigh offers full antenatal courses on a 1:1 or group basis. She offers a range of stand-alone workshops at our beautiful Yurt in the City, including Birth Planning for couples, Birth Physiology, and Owning your Birth – understanding your rights and choices.
Kayleigh also Co-Facilitates Pregnancy Circles offering a safe space and talk about every element of the transformation into motherhood.
Danielle
Danielle is a Sacred Sound Healer based in Cardiff. She works with vibration and frequency to bring the body back into harmony. Danielle is a accredited by The School of Natural Shamanism and licenced by The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. She has 16 years experience working with trauma and substance misuse. This allows her to create a supportive environment to explore the power of sound healing.
