Lots of people always ask me what a gong bath is.

Gong Baths are one of the most soothing, body detoxing holistic rejuvenating vibrational ancient tools. A gong bath or gong sound meditation is a sound massage for the body and mind (great for those of you who like the idea of a massage, but don’t like to be touched).

Aaron uses bowls, gongs, and other instruments. Basically, the sound vibrations help shift your brain into a more relaxed state, to make it easier to experience a deeper meditation, what Bernstein described as a “theta brainwave”.

Aaron is a qualified sound healer trained by the college of sound healing. Sound healing is the process by which participants relax and are bathed in sound in order to have a positive experience, which they may subjectively report as physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, or a combination thereof.

Aaron is currently training with the shipibo community in the Peruvian Amazon rainforest and learning more about their ancient ways of healing with sound, icaros and energy.
