REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that can facilitate healing. This wonderful therapy can target specific pains and injuries, as well as providing overall Wellbeing for body and mind by aligning the 7 Chakras ( Centers within the body in which energy flows through ).

HOPI EAR CANDLING
Hopi Ear Candling is the use of a long cone made from Beeswax and 100% unbleached cotton, which is also infused with natural oils – usually Sage and Lavender.
When lit, the cone slowly burns down, releasing the natural oils. This aids with clearing and soothing nasal passages, helping to reduce headaches, helping break down earwax, clearing upper respiratory pathways, reduces stress and provides relaxation and balance.
The cone is always held by myself until it finishes.
Once finished, we can enjoy the analysis together – I cut open the end of the cone to reveal how much residue is left. This determines the extent of the blockages.
Each treatment typically lasts between 8-12 minutes each ear.

MEDITATION HOUR
Meditation Hour at the Yurt is the first Friday of the month ( dates subject to change ), 6.30pm-7.30pm.
As a fully qualified Meditation & Breathwork teacher, Nicky has created Meditation Hour, which consists of – Starting the session with some gentle Pranayama – breathing exercises to quiet, calm & focus the mind….
Followed by a wonderful guided meditation, often covering different themes such as Releasing Negativity, Letting Go, Bringing in Positivity, and Releasing Stress….
Then the session closes with some gentle sound healing using beautiful instruments including Singing Bowls, Tibetan Cymbals, Wind Chimes, Rain Sticks, and Bar Chimes….
